- Hello there again
-
- I am reposting this because I really need an answer.
- It concerns using pcmcia modems on an amiga 1200.
- Does anybody know something about the existence of drivers for such devices???
-
- I would apreciate it very, very much if somebody can give me some answers.
- Otherwise if somebody knows or knows where to find info about PCMCIA modem's
- and/or the Amiga PCMCIA port, how to program it, which adresses it uses, etc
- it would also be wlocome, as I would like to try writing the driver myself, if
- there is none in the world, but cannot find the apropriate info.
-
- I have here an A1200 030 6Meg RAM , alfa data pcmcia CDROM , western digital
- HD 340MB, and currently use it for Internetting, testing UNIX configurations
- (with LINUX), and networking it with SGI workstations PC's ( yuk.. :( )and
- NeXT machines. Including construction of web pages, and sys administration.
-
- I can be contacted at a&acs@pophost.eunet.be
- This is a corporate adress, but since I am the sys administrator it's no
- problem.
-
- Thanks for your attention.
